Tom has a huge following and a subject close to many bloggers hearts. I have a liddle ol product to talk about, I have alot of regular readers but there are not that many bloggers writing about BI or BIP for that matter hence the low scores. Unlike Technorati that is based on links, topsites uses google like algorithm that ranks a site based on page views, hits, time a user spends on the site etc.

Coincidentally, my blog is 49 on topsites too :)
