Perhaps the OOW bloggers should create a Special Interest Group or SIG! The users group like IOUG, OAUG, ODTUG encourage like-minded users to create SIG’s.

If you use the “openworld07″ label on Blogger blogs, Technorati will capture it and use it as a tag. Presumably similar functions can be used on other blog types.

If you use the “#openworld07″ hashtag on Twitter (I don’t think the # is necessary, but it’s nice), then your tweet can be found via Twitter’s track feature.
