		<description>Google and Dell are already talking about OEMing Chrome; that one is practically cheating. IE6 demonstrates the power of the pre-installed browser. Plus, Google already has agreements in place with Dell for the Google toolbar. Easy, breezy.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;That Twitter post is scary. One obvious downside of the API is that anyone can use it for any purpose. I agree that Twitter needs a stronger authentication model and an approval process for certain API uses.</description>
