You can pretty much assume that startups have all the tools to track this stuff in place, e.g. Google Alerts, Twitter searches, etc. Plus, startups get how much it matters to engage people on the &#039;tubes.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And some of them do live in PDX :)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Not sure about the VBox devs, maybe they&#039;re tracking Oracle blogs or something.</description>
