		<description>I have no insight into SMB strategy so this is purely my opinion. As I mentioned in the post, I think Oracle&#039;s support for the open source projects that were shepherded by Sun can only help customers with smaller budgets.</description>

The 2 big events needs to be noted in the history of technology evolution. &lt;br&gt;I am still doing research on Oracle-Sun acquistion and how it impacts other technology giants. &lt;br&gt;Since we are recovering from recession, I want to understand how Oracle-Sun is going to help SMB business.
