Seriously, did you know that 23% of infographs cause puppies to cry? I don’t feel 12% dumber . . . .

    Heh, true on one level. Agree that the “infographics” in vogue now are not very useful – the graphics part is usually little more than decorative fluff (or ducks, to use Edward Tufte’s vocabulary), not visualizing data or surfacing new knowledge. Still, good infographics are good!

    Dude, I <3 inforgraphics, but not as much as I like a good lulz. This provides both.

    Interesting to study good vs. bad data visualizations and the differences between data viz and infographics.

    Yeah, have noticed your less-than-three for data visualization! I’m currently doing a course on information visualization at the uni so it’s pretty topical for /me too.
