In FF2, here is how the search bar looks when you browse a website with search plugin auto-discovery like this one:

Click the arrow and pull down the list. Select "Add Search Oracle MetaLink" to add the search plugin.

In IE7, here is how the search bar looks when you browse a website with search plugin auto-discovery like this one:

Click the arrow and pull down the list. Select "Add Search Providers" and pick "Search Oracle MetaLink" to add the search plugin.

For some reason, IE7 only shows the first 3 auto-discovered plugins, so you IE7 users can install the plugins that are not on the list by using the links that follow.
Or, if you just don't feel like installing with Autodiscovery, click the links to install:

• MetaLink
• Oracle Blogs
• Oracle Docs
• Oracle Sites

A bonus for Firefox (and Thunderbird) users who install the MetaLink search engine plugin:

• Install the ConQuery add-on for Firefox.
• Select text in the browser.
• Right-click and use the Query To context menu to send the selected string to any of the installed search engines.
