Join Us at Oracle OpenWorld 2007

OOW 2007 RegistrationRegistration is now open for Oracle OpenWorld 2007.

The conference will be held November 11-15 in San Francisco, CA. If you were there last year, you know hotels booked up fast, so get moving – I am not sharing a room.

If you get a chance, join us at our session:

Oracle and the New Web, Applying the principles of social networks, collaboration, and the new web to how we do business at Oracle, session #S292186.

We plan to talk about why the new web matters, challenges we face in adopting it internally, and what we learned in the process. Oh, we’ll also demo 2 or 3 of the systems we built to make everyone at Oracle a bit more productive. Fun stuff.

  1. Just registered today and I’ll definitely check out your session. Thanks for posting the info. I checked the Open World site but I didn’t see where you can sign up for sessions yet. Has that been posted yet that you know of?

  3. Hi Derek, It’s not on the site. Once you register there should be a way to create your personal agenda/schedule. That should be available soon. I think the OOW team is finalizing the times and rooms for the sessions right now.

On a separate note, we plan to have a meetup for our readers and anyone else interested in how the new web works for business. We’ll have more on that as we get closer to the event.

    Take care.
